OpenCms Days 2013 - Conference website is online

The conference website www.opencms-days.org is now online and will provide you with all information around the conference. The OpenCms Days 2013 will be the largest event for the OpenCms community this year.

OpenCms Days 2013 will take place from Monday, September 30 to Tuesday, October 1, 2013 in Cologne, Germany.

OpenCms 9: Development Kickstart

This year's international OpenCms user conference will focus on success stories and projects based on OpenCms. Experts from around the world will share their experiences with this latest OpenCms release. Alkacon will also present Version 9 of OpenCms.

On www.opencms-days.org you will find all information on Registration and Sponsoring. Additionally the "Call for papers" is still open and you have the possibility to submit your session proposal.

OpenCms Days 2013 is targeted towards an international audience. The language spoken at the event is English, and all presentations will be held in English language.

 

OpenCms Days 2013 conference and expo is an event organized by Alkacon Software GmbH. The goal of the event is to promote OpenCms and strengthen the OpenCms community.

  • OpenCms 17 gives content managers the new app "Date search" to find content that has been changed in a certain time range. The "Websites" app allows to easily export the content of a complete site for archiving. An option has been added to hide "sensitive" content in the Offline project. The default Mercury template has been further improved, e.g. with SEO optimized job postings, a "spacer" function and marker clusters for maps. OpenCms 17 has also been tested and certified using Java 17 LTS and 21 LTS.
